Shipping policy
Shipping
We are shipping to Germany and select countries within the European Union directly. All orders over 5 Euro product value will be shipped as DHL package. Samples and informational material will be sent as letter with Deutsche Post.
Shipping and packageing cost depend on the order value and will be calculated automatically during the check out process and can be reviewed in the shopping cart. All prices contain the legally required value added tax (VAT).
Shipping within Germany:
Orders above 30 Euro total product value will be shipped free of charge. Below 30 Euro, we are charging 4,50 Euro for shipping and packageing. Orders with only product samples will be charged 4,50 Euro for packageing and shipping by letter.
Shipping to contries within the European Union (not Germany):
All product shipments within the European Union (outside of Germany) will be charged with 9,90 Euro for packageing and delivery. Orders containing only product samples will cost 7,00 Euro to ship internationally as a letter.
Payment
We are offereing the following payment options:
Credit card (MasterCard, Visa)
When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
PayPal
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions in the order process
Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna") we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stipulated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. You will find further information on the respective payment option and in the order process.
Purchase on invoice via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 14 days after dispatch of the goods and receipt of the invoice. Please note that even if you pay by invoice via Klarna, we are still responsible for general customer enquiries (e.g. about the goods, delivery time, dispatch), returns, complaints, revocations and returns or credit notes.
eps
When paying by eps-transfer, a central list of participating Austrian banks opens after you have selected your payment method, where you can choose your bank. You then enter the login data of your online banking as usual and carry out the transfer immediately with the help of a TAN. No further details are required. No registration is required for payment with eps-transfer.
